Everything you'd expect from a research agency.
Except the way it's built.

What Humans Do is a research and insights consultancy designed around AI from day one. We cover the questions businesses actually bring us, from brand health to pricing to product experience. What changes is everything around the work: who does it, how fast it moves and how it is measured.

03 // HOW IT'S DIFFERENT

Built differently.
Judged differently.

01

The method follows the question.

We start from the decision and the cost of getting it wrong, then choose the lightest approach that will hold up. Sometimes that's a fast AI-assisted read; sometimes it's a robust sample and validated scales. Usually it's a deliberate mix.

02

Senior hands, machine speed.

AI handles desk research, drafting, processing, coding and first-draft reporting. That frees our senior team to spend its time where value is created: design, interpretation and the commercial call. The people you meet are the people doing the work.

03

Judged on what changes.

Every engagement ends in a decision, an owner and a metric that shows whether it worked. A finding that doesn't reach the P&L isn't finished.

"Customers say price, but choose on trust. Finding that gap is the research. Acting on it is the point."
